World health day

World Health Day has been celebrated annually on April 7 since 1950. On this day in 1948, the Constitution of the World Health Organization came into force. The purpose of the holiday is to draw people’s attention to concern for health and the need to prevent diseases. You should start your day with morning exercises. Morning exercises are very beneficial for our body. During sleep, blood circulates through the vessels at a slower pace. After waking up, the inhibitory process continues to affect all systems of the body, as a result of which people in the morning, as a rule, have a depressed mood, and the reaction speed, mental and physical performance are low.

The body returns to a normal state two to three hours after waking up. If you do exercises in the morning, the desire to sleep disappears immediately, due to the fact that physical activity helps accelerate blood circulation and improve the supply of nutrients to the organs and systems of the body. From the very first days of classes, you will feel your mood rising, strength, a charge of vivacity, a desire to work and achieve success.

The main and important component of health is constant physical activity. Walking in the fresh air, cycling, and outdoor games will benefit people of all ages. Don’t confuse it with exercise. Gymnastics, fitness or light jogging will bring undeniable benefits, even if you do only 15-20 minutes a day.

Our health is also greatly influenced by the optimal balance of work and rest (routine), as well as good sleep. Properly organize the alternation of these three components. Many people neglect this rule, which leads to fatigue, irritability, and a decrease in the body’s protective functions. Normal sleep is especially important. People may have different needs for its quantity. It is recommended to sleep at least 8 hours a day, go to bed at approximately the same hours, ventilate the room before bed, and not go to bed immediately after dinner.

Eat right. Try to eat more vegetables and fruits, whole grain cereals, lean meats, dried fruits, and nuts. Limit your consumption of salt, sugar, and fatty meats. Steam, stew, bake foods when cooking. Do not overeat, eat foods containing vitamins and microelements according to age-related needs.

Give up bad habits. Smoking (including vaping, hookah) and alcohol abuse do not bring anything positive to the body.

Protect yourself from psycho-emotional stress and avoid stress. Engage in activities that bring joy and mental satisfaction. This will slow down the aging processes, maintain activity and good mood.

Our health is priceless! You can’t buy it for any money. Make every effort to work on yourself, open up interesting opportunities for a healthy life!

We wish you good health!!!
