Home calls are accepted in accordance with the order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2016 No. 85. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 4, 2016 No. 13392 On approval of the Standard for the organization of primary health care in the Republic of Kazakhstan Indications for servicing calls at home are: 1) acute painful conditions that do not allow the patient to independently visit the PHC organization: – an increase in body temperature above 38 degrees C; – an increase in blood pressure with severe disturbances in well-being; – multiple loose stools; – severe pain in the spine and joints of the lower extremities with limited mobility; – dizziness, severe nausea, vomiting;
2) chronic painful conditions that do not allow the patient to visit the clinic on their own (severe course of oncological diseases, disability (I-II groups), paralysis, paresis of the extremities); 3) acute infectious diseases that pose a danger to others; 4) non-transportability of the patient; 5) service of calls transmitted from the ambulance station during the opening hours of PHC organizations. 19. A visit to a patient at home by a medical worker of PHC organizations, including by door-to-door (door-to-door) rounds, is carried out when: 1) acute diseases, exacerbations of chronic diseases in order to monitor his condition, the course of the disease and the timely appointment (correction) of the necessary examination and (or) treatment;
2) patronage of certain groups of the population in the event of a threat of an epidemic of an infectious disease or the identification of patients with an infectious disease, contacts with them and persons suspected of an infectious disease.
When a baby is sick, parents are often lost, not knowing what to do in this situation. The main thing is not to panic and not self-medicate, but immediately call a pediatrician
Indications for calling a pediatrician:
1. An increase in body temperature above 37.9 *
2. The appearance of skin rashes
3. The presence of loose stools, vomiting, blood in the stool
4. Any deterioration in the health of children under 5 years old
Convulsions;
Difficulty breathing
Vomiting after every meal and water
Excessive sleepiness
Fever does not decrease after taking antipyretic drugs
When calling a doctor at home, the child’s legal representative must:
1. Give the surname, name, patronymic of the child.
2. Name the address of the child’s actual stay and attachment to the clinic.
3. Name the preschool or school educational institution that the child is attending.
4. Formulate complaints clearly.
5. Provide the doctor with access to the patient: check the presence of a plaque indicating the apartment or house number, remove the dog, check the serviceability of the bell or intercom.
6. Call a doctor at home, do not leave the house, do not leave the child unattended.
When examining a child, the presence of a legal representative of a minor under 15 years of age is mandatory.
