Unified 111 Helpline for Family, Women and Children’s Rights Protection

       In Kazakhstan, on October 16, a single helpline on issues of family, women and the protection of children’s rights was launched. Victims of domestic violence and bullying can contact 111 24 hours a day. This is reported on the government website.
      “The call will be free for city numbers and mobile operators. The necessary assistance to citizens will also be provided through text dialogues, the message noted. – Qualified psychologists and lawyers have been brought in to help Kazakhstanis in difficult situations. For each case, operators will provide comprehensive assistance with an individual approach, guided by the “here and now” principle.
       The unified helpline is included in the list of state emergency services along with the numbers: 101, 102, 103, etc. This will allow prompt assistance to citizens, preventing possible offenses and crimes
