On 06/10/2024, a general practitioner of the youth health center held a training seminar on the playground of the OSH school camp No. 18 on the topic “Proper nutrition of children. Hand hygiene.” Games were held on the topic of the pyramid of nutrition and healthy and unhealthy foods.
Proper nutrition is not about calorie control and endless diets, it is a full–fledged diet, which must contain all the necessary products.
