Today, on 02.10.2024, a training seminar was held at the Higher Medical College for first-year students on the topic “Prevention of SARS”, “Prevention of STIs and adolescent hygiene”. Our specialists at the youth health center, therapist Nurtazenova G.D. and urologist Tutkushev S.S. told how to protect themselves from respiratory diseases and sexually transmitted infections. As well as psychologist Bekbusinova A.A. conducted a test for psycho – stress resistance among students. The main measures for the prevention of acute respiratory viral infections are hardening, proper nutrition, a rational drinking regime, reducing alcohol consumption and smoking, and avoiding hypothermia.
