The basis of a healthy menu is not just a set of necessary calories to provide the body with energy, but a balanced combination of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. A conversation about this was held on April 5, 2024 with schoolchildren of 9x 10x 11th grades at the A.M. Gorky gymnasium on the topic “Prevention of gastrointestinal diseases. Prevention of gastritis.” The children listened actively and asked questions.
Remember, the human body receives almost all the necessary substances through food and water. The composition of food products and their properties directly affect health, physical development, ability to work, emotional state and, in general, the quality and duration of life.
