The clinic serves 54,001 assigned population. Works under the state order providing a guaranteed amount of free medical care and paid medical services. The planned capacity is 599 sessions per shift.

KSP “Polyclinic No. 2 of Kostanay” is a part of the organization of medical care for the population of the city and is an independent territorial polyclinic.

Primary medical and social care as the most widespread and accessible is of paramount importance in the medical care of the population.

The city polyclinic is a multidisciplinary medical and preventive institution designed to carry out extensive preventive measures in the area of its activity to prevent and reduce the incidence of diseases, medical examinations, and provide qualified specialized medical care to the population.

The polyclinic organizes medical services for the population according to the precinct-territorial principle.

The main tasks of the city polyclinic are:

• providing qualified specialized medical care to the population directly in the clinic and at home;

• organization and implementation of a comprehensive plan of preventive measures aimed at reducing morbidity, disability and mortality among the population living in the service area;

• organization and implementation of medical examinations of the population;

• organization and implementation of measures for sanitary and hygienic education of the population, promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

 There is a decreed driver’s Commission, as well as a preventive inspection of working enterprises, according to order No. 709 of 16.11.2009.

The clinic serves JOB, ISA and soldiers-internationalists of the city. Every year, a comprehensive medical examination of veterans is conducted. according to the results of the medical examination, veterans receive treatment in a day hospital, a home hospital, city and regional hospitals, and local sanatoriums.

Working hours of the clinic: from 8.00 to 20.00., 5 days a week. On Saturday from 09.00 to 14.00. Doctor’s calls to the house are accepted from 8.00 to 20.00 on working days and from 9.00 to 12.00 on Saturdays.
